Are guests required to check in when they arrive on campus?
Guests may check in when they arrive at The Fairmont for the Friday night Bicentennial Celebration or when they arrive at The Fairmont for the Saturday night Class Dinners.
Is there a hotel room block for the weekend at the Fairmont?
Yes! A room block is available for MD Reunion Weekend. Block size is limited, with rooms offered on a first come, first served basis.
There are various rooms available starting at $259 plus tax per night. The block is extremely limited please book as soon as possible.
October 24, 2024 is the deadline to book. Rooms will be available until the deadline or until the room block is full.

I didn’t pre-register for the weekend. Are you accepting walk-in attendees?
Yes, we strongly prefer guests register ahead of time in order to account for plenty of food and drink offerings, but we are able to accommodate walk-in attendees.
How can I donate to my class gift?

All gifts made to any GW fund by an alumnus/a in a reunion year will count toward their overall class gift total.

The dress code for the weekend is business casual.
